We encourage long sleeves and pants, elbow and knee pads, and gloves. We invite all visitors to bring their own flashlights.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Any cancellations made with less than two weeks notice are subject to a 20% cancellation fee by Bristol Caverns. In the event of worrisome rain prior to or during scheduled River adventure tours, Bristol Caverns may cancel these tours for safety reasons and offer a full refund or the opportunity to book another day. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
