Providers must:
- Hold all required licenses and permits
- Maintain liability insurance
- Provide safe and certified equipment
- Train staff in rescue and first aid
- Monitor weather conditions
- Follow local maritime and river laws
- Maintain emergency protocols
- Keep equipment in safe condition
- Provide life jackets and safety gear
Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
