**Important information:**

1. The maximum number of people allowed per boat is 11. If the group has more than 11 participants, it will be splitter in two different groups, alternating the order of the activity.
2. All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to enter the Private Sailing Club.
3. The departure order (Sailing or Minibus) may vary depending on the weather conditions and organization.
4. Please, be at the check in point 15’ minutes before departure time.
Due to logistics matters, the tour must start punctually. Delays will not be tolerated; they will be considered a non-refundable no show.
5. At least 2 people are required for this activity to take place. In case of not reaching the minimum of participants, tour will be rescheduled.
6. This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
7. Tour may be affected due to special circumstances and events

Cancellation Policy

**OPEN GROUP TOURS:**

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation except entrance tickets to monuments/tourist attractions. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

**PRIVATE TOURS:**

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation except entrance tickets to monuments/tourist attractions. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

**TAILOR MADE & MULTI DAY EXPERIENCES:**

If the cancellation is made by The CLIENT more than 7 days of the Event: 15% (Confirmation Payment) is non-refundable. Additionally, any costs incurred for ticket and entrance management will not be refundable. If there are Space Reservations and External Providers, their cancellation terms will apply.

If the cancellation is made by The CLIENT within 7 Days of the Event: 50% is non-refundable. If there are Space Reservations and External Providers, their cancellation terms will apply.
