Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled camp date are eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will exclude any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled camp date are non-refundable, for any reason.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.

This policy helps us cover staffing, equipment preparation, and reserved space to ensure the best possible experience for all campers.
