Captain fees are taken off at booking and will be due directly to your captain at departure. If you enjoy your experience, gratuity is always appreciated—15-20% of the total is common and a great way to show your appreciation!

Cancellation Policy
• Full Refund: Cancel at least 6 days prior to the booking start date to receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancel between 2–5 days before the booking start date to receive a 50% refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking start date are not eligible for a refund.
• Operator-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel your booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
• How to Cancel: To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us via phone or text at (305) 393-1322.
• No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your scheduled booking, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
