For your comfort and safety, please keep the following in mind:
* Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
* Life jackets are provided for every passenger and are required for children as mandated by law.
* Guests should be able to board and disembark the boat with minimal assistance. Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has mobility concerns so we can discuss accommodations.
* We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
* Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older. Please drink responsibly. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if any guest's behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
* For the safety of everyone on board, illegal drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited.
* Gulf Water Tours reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify trips due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety concerns. If your trip is canceled because of unsafe weather, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
* Guests participate at their own risk and should follow all instructions provided by the captain throughout the charter.
