Cancellation Policy
##Cancellation Policy w/o Trip Insurance:
Customers will receive a refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation, minus the 5% merchant fee. **A one week notice of cancellation is required for large boat private charters**. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

We are a small, locally owned boat company, and every reservation truly matters to us. Last minute cancelations during peak season leaves seat unfilled other could've enjoyed, conversely, during slow season only a few guests can mean the difference between running or the Entire trip being canceled!

South Florida weather can change quickly, and *a forecast showing a percentage of rain doesn't necessarily mean it will rain during your entire trip—or even in your location.*
Our highly experienced captains make the final call based on real-time radar, current conditions, weather patterns, local knowledge, and the comfort and safety of our guests. We don't simply rely on an app or a forecast from days in advance. Our captains continually monitor conditions and use their experience on the water to determine the best plan for the day.
Our goal is simple: to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience while making the best possible decision based on the conditions we have that day.

We carry Coast Guard-approved life jackets in all sizes, as required by law. Safety is our top priority on every Islamorada charter.
