Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to allow time for parking, check-in, and boarding.

Parking at Sparky’s Landing is limited. Please allow extra time for parking and making your way to the dock.
⚠️ Required Waiver
All guests must complete our online waiver prior to departure.
The waiver link is included in your booking confirmation email and can be completed anytime before your trip.
🎒 What to Bring
Sunscreen, a towel, and a sense of adventure!
🚫 NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN
For the safety of our guests and to protect the boat, aerosol/spray sunscreen is not permitted onboard. Please bring and apply lotion sunscreen instead.
🚫 No glass bottles are permitted aboard.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
Please note that we have a minimum of 8 passengers required to run our excursions. If we do not have the minimum, we can reschedule your excursion for a different date or will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding!
Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Private charters require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
