Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the trip will receive a full refund. From 72 hours to 24 hours in advance, cancellations will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to another date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No shows will not be refunded. A full refund will be given if we cancel for safety reasons. Light fog and rain will not cancel an outing, as long as weather conditions remain calm.
