About
Refresher Courses can help you regain confidence and practice your skills before getting back into open water! Involves a pool session to practice your skills like mask clearing and regulator retrieval, practice of setting up and checking your equipment, and getting you re-oriented in the water before joining us on a guided double dive to the solitary islands.
Includes##
- Full equipment hire
- Snacks on board your boat day – hot water for cup-a-soup, tea, coffee, small serves of biscuits. We have vegetarian soups available.
- Dives are guided by one of our team – unless you have specific circumstances that require a private Divemaster on that day (ie. You are certified to only 12m and we have no other customers restricted to 12m on that day.)
- Private Divemaster/tailored dives may incur additional charge. Contact Jetty Dive to discuss availability.
**Ocean Dives are subject to weather and availability. Jetty Dive will contact you with any changes.**
By default, we book you in for 2 consecutive days when booking this course. If you would like to reschedule your 2nd day (your diving day) of your course, please contact us after booking and we will move your booking.

Before joining us you must complete a waiver. This will come through in a separate email at the time of booking. If you do not receive this email please let us know.
The first day is your pool session day. For this you meet us at Jetty Dive Centre at 8am, where we will fit you for your equipment. Then we require you to meet us at the pool. Please ensure you have your own transport. Day 1 finishes at approximately 12:30-1:00pm.
For your second day, please ensure you are at the dive shop at 7:30am. After setup at the shop, you will have to meet us down at the Marina. Please ensure you have your own transport.

Ensure you have everything you need:
- Any of your own gear you would like to use (we do provide all required equipment)
- Payment for the remainder of your course if you have not already paid in full.
- Seasickness tablets in you require them (we suggest them! Do not use ginger.)
- And swimmers, a towel, and reef-safe sunscreen.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of ANY PORTION of your Refresher Course. If cancelled within 48 hours of the commencement of any portion, you may forfeit payment for the course or section of the course.
Final decisions for any refunds are up to the discretion of Jetty Dive Centre.
