Try Scuba in the comfort of a 10 foot deep pool environment. Take your first breaths underwater and experience your new passion. Your PADI Pro Instructor will give you an introduction to the basics of Scuba theory followed by pool time to get comfortable underwater, have fun and learn what you’ll need to join an ocean excursion. You can also apply this session to go on to get certified.
Already certified but need a refresher? This is a great option for you and your instructor will cater the experience to your needs.

## Your Pre-Session Checklist ✅
**STEP 1: Complete Your Online Learning**
Choose the course that matches your booking:
**🎯 Open Water Certification - Required for PADI Certification Class**
*Complete this prior to your scheduled pool session as a prerequisite for our PADI open water certification class. This is your foundation for becoming a certified diver!*

**🎯 Discover Scuba - This is not a certification**
*Perfect for testing the waters! Complete this to qualify for our discover scuba experience where you can try scuba in the pool. This can be followed by an ocean discover scuba experience escorted by a PADI instructor.*
**🎯 Reactivate Refresher for Already Certified Divers**
*Complete this if you are a certified diver wishing to refresh your diving academics. This can be paired with a refresher pool session to freshen up on dive skills and can also be followed with ocean dives as a certified diver guided by a divemaster.*
**STEP 2: Health & Safety Check 🏥**
Quick and easy - just review the PADI medical questionnaire:
- All "NO" answers? You're all set!
- Any "YES" answers? Bring the signed medical form from your doctor

□ Water bottle to stay hydrated
□ Light snack or lunch
□ Reef-safe sunscreen (apply 1 hour before)
□ Signed medical waiver (if needed)
