##LAUNCHING THE EQUIPMENT
We recommend you take your rented kayak, or paddle board out in our beautiful Ganges Harbour from our dock. We give you route information and there is lots of wildlife to view, as well as some amazing beaches to spend some time.
If you want to take your rented equipment elsewhere, PLEASE BE AWARE our shoreline has quite a lot of elevation to the road. You will need to show you are capable of lifting and carrying the kayak up to your car. We can supply foam blocks and straps, but we cannot help you carry the equipment.
**Waivers**
It is mandatory to fill out legal waivers before taking out rental equipment on your outdoor excursion. Please be advised that you will be asked to fill out a waiver upon arrival.
**What to Bring**
Dress for the weather of the day. Think sun protection on sunny days, bring a water bottle, hat and sunscreen. For cooler days bring an extra layer or a light rain coat and don't forget your camera!
Please wear shoes that can get wet! You may have to step into the water if you stop off at a beach or island.
We supply dry bags for anything you want to bring with you on your tour.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the opportunity to rebook, or to receive a full refund or credit, by rebooking or cancelling their booking online with 24 hours notice. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
