**In an effort to maintain a calm and restful morning atmosphere for our lodging guests, self-launch kayaking will begin later in the day. Thank you for helping us prioritize a peaceful guest experience.**

**PARKING:**
When you are arriving, go past the Stewart Mountain Dam Employee Housing and the Stable Parking Lot. Go past the Main Lodge and park in the large dirt lot on the right near the dam.
**ARRIVING AT THE RANCH:**
Please check-in first thing after parking, come to the corner office window with the yellow kayak paddle above it. Let our staff know your name and how many people will be launching. Once you have paid the $10.00 per person fee, you will be given wristband(s) and parking pass(es). Our staff will then direct you where to unload/launch your watercraft.
- **Wristbands And A Dash Pass In The Window Of Your Vehicle Let Us Know You've Been Checked-In. Vehicles Without A Dash Pass Will Be Subject To Towing.**
**MANDATORY:**
- Each person Is $10.00 **In Addition To The Initial $15.00** Launch Reservation Fee.
- Only Kayaks & Paddle Boards May Be Launched At The Ranch **(No Rafts, Islands, Pool Floaties, or Tubes).**
- Self-Launches Can Be Done Between 8:00 am - 11:30 am. We Are Unable To Accommodate Earlier Or Later Launches.
- All Vehicles Will Need To Be Retrieved Prior To **Ranch Parking Lot Closing at 6 PM.**
- **Shuttle Service Is NOT Provided.** We suggest dropping off a second vehicle to be parked at the recreation area where you plan to exit the salt river.
- **Tonto Passes Are Required To Park In All Recreation Areas Along The Salt River.** We recommend purchasing a Tonto Pass in town or at the ranch, as they are less expensive than the kiosks at the Recreation Areas. **Tonto Pass kiosks located at Pebble Beach or Phon D Sutton Recreation Areas.**
- **Self-Launch Reservations Do Not Include Ground Use Of The Ranch, Such As The Lower Lawn Area Or Access To The Pool.**
**- CANCELLATION POLICY:** **Cancellations must be requested 4 hours or more before the earliest self-launch time of 8:00 am for a refund.** Reservations made within 4 hours of launch time is considered non-refundable.
**NO ALCOHOL:** Please note that bringing your own alcohol onto our launching site is prohibited by Arizona State liquor law regulating it's licensees. All coolers will be inspected at time of launching. Glass containers of any kind are also prohibited per Tonto National Forest regulations.

Cancellation Policy
Our trips are based on limited seating, equipment or parking. For this reason, we require a cancellation notice of 4 hours or more before your scheduled trip. Reservations made within the 4 hour window are non-refundable.
