We highly recommend taking seasickness pills the night before and two hours before boarding, bringing an extra towel and water bottle for your added comfort.
Please meet us at the designated dock, across from the Blue colored OneOceanDiving kiosk, twenty minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. WE MUST LEAVE ON TIME so please take a look at the map and traffic online ahead of time.

**Please note:** we have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy which includes no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or changes within 24 hours, no exceptions. Please ensure you arrive ON TIME for your scheduled charter - we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time to park.
We do have a 4-6 person minimum to run a charter. If you make a booking on a charter that does not meet the minimum, our office team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
You will receive a full refund only if you call and directly talk to our office to cancel at least 24 hours prior to departure time. Please also text us more than 24 hours in advance if you think you might need to reschedule or if you cannot reach someone on the phone. If you are not contacted about a cancellation, expect your charter to run and please arrive on time! No shows and texts requesting to cancel within 24 hours will not be refunded or rebooked. #HOW TO BE PREPARED
**PARKING:** Please park by the little brown restroom building near the harbor entrance on the back side (west) of Haleiwa Joe's Restaurant.
**WHEN:** General tour times vary by season and can be seen in the Online Calendar (WEATHER PERMITTING.)
Earliest trips generally have the least wind and the calmest conditions. Early is advised for those prone to sea sickness.
**WHAT TO BRING:**
• Towels (2 towels are advised for comfort)
• Sunglasses
• Drinking water
• Camera
• Change of clothes are recommended
• Biodegradable reef-safe sunscreen (oxybenzone-free). Please no aerosol spray sunscreen. Hawai state law requires reef safe sunscreen.
• We provide masks, snorkels, fins & rash guards, however you are welcome to bring your own. (Please do not wear the color white or yellow or the crew will ask you to leave it on the boat or on land)
• Rashguards & wetsuits are highly recommended for jelly fish protection, but not required. (We can get Comb Jellyfish floating by irregularly.) We have jelly fish spray and no-itch gel onboard if you do get stung.
• We do have UV Xcel rash guards onboard for you to borrow during your program, just ask the captain when you board.
- We do not provide wetsuits, we do recommend if you're going to wear a wetsuit to being a weight belt as well, we do not provide weight belts.
• If you are knowingly diabetic or allergic to bee stings or jelly fish, or have any other medical conditions, please let us know as soon as you board the boat and be sure to bring your medications and inhalers onboard with you.
• Please inform crew of any special medical conditions & medications. Safety is our top priority.
• If you are prone to seasickness, make sure to take seasick medication the night before and again 2 hour before boarding the boat to prevent it. If you feel seasick while onboard, keep your chin up and look at the horizon and ask a crew member where the best spot to stand or sit is. You are welcome to bring any ginger lozenges or snacks to help with nausea.
• There is dry storage onboard for bags/backpacks, we just ask you to limit your items to one bag per person.
• There is no restroom onboard, there are restroom facilities at the harbor to use right before departure. You can pee in the water, it will not change the animals behavior.
• Persons under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have them sign the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Waiver prior to departure.
• All ages are welcome onboard, however there is a 4ft height minimum to get in the water with sharks. We reserve the right to refuse to allow anyone into the water for any reason.
• There is a weight restriction of 250lbs per person, for persons over 250lbs please book an additional ride-along spot under the same name. This is for your safety and comfort. If you are over 250lbs and not prone to a heart attack please text our office and let us know so we can discuss if an additional safety person is needed or not.

SWIMMING & SNORKELING ABILITY: Basic swimming ability required. Basic prior snorkeling experience highly recommended.
If you are booked later in the day please be advised that afternoon charters do have a higher chance of cancellation due to strong winds making for rougher seas, so please have alternative plans in mind in the event we need to cancel due to unsafe conditions. Please note that we DO guarantee that you will see sharks in the water however going into winter we cannot guarantee how much time you will have in the water. Safety is our top priority and depending on environmental factors such as how rough the surface waters are the safety divers can make the call to have a rotation (have people take turns in-water.). Please expect that if surface conditions are very rough or if the animals are needing their space back (many coming very close) that you may be asked to do rotations of fewer people in the water for safety considerations and your comfort. If you are a strong swimmer and want more time in the water please volunteer to go in on the first and last rotation. Please remember we operate in deep open ocean over three miles offshore with apex predators and your safety is our #1 priority. If you want to increase your chances of getting more time in the water please book onto an earlier time or on a day with very light winds. (Large surf and rain do not affect the charter much so we do not cancel for large surf or rain, only for strong winds.)

- Please do not show up if you have flu/covid like symptoms or have recently been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or if you are waiting for your test results to come in.
