Mahalo for choosing Sea Life Park Hawai‘i as part of your O‘ahu itinerary! We’re excited to welcome you to our family-friendly marine park, where every visit supports ocean conservation and the well-being of our beloved animal ‘ohana (family).
##Park Hours
Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Arrive early to enjoy our daily habitat talks and educational presentations, interactive exhibits, and our once daily 12:15pm Aloha Nai’a presentation at Dolphin Lagoon featuring our Bottlenose Dolphins.
##Arrival Time for Interactive Programs
To ensure you have the best possible experience, please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled activity time. Example: If your animal encounter is scheduled at 11am, please arrive at 10am. If scheduled for the afternoon at 2pm, please arrive at 1pm, etc.
For all animal encounters we must ensure everyone has signed a participation waiver and is present for a safety briefing. For in-water activities, guests also need to secure a safety vest prior to getting in the water.
*Guests arriving less than 45 minutes before their program may not be accommodated.* Unfortunately, refunds are not available in these cases.
##What to Bring
- Swimsuits and towels (required for water-based activities)
- Credit or debit card for purchases (Sea Life Park is a cashless facility)
- Go City Pass holders: Please bring your Go City pass to be scanned at check-in.

- Optional souvenir photos (weather permitting)
##Guest Safety & Program Guidelines
To protect the health of our marine residents and ensure guest safety, we kindly ask that you review the following important reminders:
- All participants are required to wear safety vests in water-based programs.
- For all interactive programs please remove the following items before entering the water: Jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, nose rings, body piercings, headwear (hats and scarves), 3D nail art and glasses.
- Items that cannot be removed will prevent participation, and refunds will not be provided.
- Please ensure you do not have keys, phones or other objects in your pockets.
- Unfortunately, cameras and phones are not allowed in any of the animal habitats and
encounter programs.
Note: Expectant mothers may only participate in Dolphin Aloha land-based programs.

##Friendly Reminders
- Sea Life Park is cashless. We accept cards and mobile payments. Cash-to-Card stations are available on-site (no fees).
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity.
- No-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable.
