### 📝 Registration & Check-In

To collect your festival bag and confirm your entry, please check in at one of the following times:

* **Pre-Registration:** Thursday evening (29th Oct) at **Stoic Brewing**
* **On-Site Registration:** From Friday morning onwards at the event venue

#### **Friday 30th October**

* **Location:** Warilla Beach *(exact beach break tbc)*
* **From 7:00 AM:** SUP Surfing Heats & Semi-Finals

#### **Saturday 31st October**

* **Location:** Warilla Beach *(exact beach break tbc)*
* **From 7:00 AM:** SUP Surfing Finals
* **Following Surfing:** BOP (Battle of the Paddle) Tech Race

#### **Sunday 1st November**

* **Location:** Mia Beach, Reddall Reserve, Lake Illawarra
* **All Day Events & Activities:**
* SUP Yoga and Sound Bath
* SUP Distance Race
* SUP Novelty Event & Sprint Races *(for both race boards & inflatables)*
* Pups on SUPs & Goats Afloat
* Live music, food trucks, market stalls & licensed beach bar


* **From 12:00 PM:** Official Presentation

The festival is a free event for spectators! Fun for everyone, featuring live music, food trucks, a licensed beach bar; market stalls in a relaxed outdoor environment. Feel free to bring along family and friends to enjoy the entertainment while you take to the water.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there are no cancellations for this festival. In the unlikely event of dangerous weather and/or conditions where an event is unable to proceed, Stand Up Paddle Boarding Shellharbour may offer a credit for the 2027 Shellharbour SUP Festival.
