GET READY FOR THE WATER!
We’re excited to have you paddle with AZ Paddle Junkie!
ARRIVAL
Please arrive a few minutes before your reservation to allow time for check-in, waivers, equipment assignment, and life jacket fitting.
Your rental time begins at the time shown on your reservation.
WHAT TO BRING
Plenty of water
Sunscreen
Sunglasses and/or a hat
Shoes or sandals that can get wet
Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet
A towel or change of clothes for afterward, if desired
PLAN TO GET WET
Our rentals launch directly from the shoreline. You will be walking into the water to launch and return your equipment, so your feet and footwear will get wet.
Please wear footwear that is secure and that you are comfortable getting wet.
YOUR RENTAL TIME
Please keep track of your rental time and return your equipment to the AZ Paddle Junkie shoreline location by the scheduled return time.
SAFETY
Life jackets are provided with your rental. Please follow all instructions provided by AZ Paddle Junkie staff before entering the water.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please bring only what you need on the water. We recommend leaving unnecessary valuables secured in your vehicle.
WEATHER
Rentals are subject to weather and water conditions. For your safety, AZ Paddle Junkie may temporarily suspend or end rentals when conditions become unsafe.

Important Information
"To Cancel your rental or tour you must call within 24 hours of your booking time. Requests to Cancel inside of the 24 hour window will be a 50% refund. To receive a full refund customer must cancel prior to 24 hours of the booking time.
WEATHER / RAIN CHECK POLICY
Note : June 15th through September 30th is Monsoon season and weather cancellations are more likely in this time frame.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Tours and rentals may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, severe thunderstorms, high winds, or other conditions deemed unsafe by AZ Paddle Junkie.
If AZ Paddle Junkie cancels an activity due to unsafe weather, guests will receive a rain check or may reschedule to another available date at no additional charge. Rain checks are valid for 12 months from the original reservation date.
Weather decisions are based on actual conditions at Lake Pleasant and are made at the sole discretion of AZ Paddle Junkie.
Light rain, cloudy conditions, or forecasted weather alone do not automatically result in cancellation.
Guests who choose not to participate while tours and rentals are operating will be subject to the standard cancellation policy."
