Booking Notes
Bring your ticket with you; we’ll scan it at boarding.
- We’re open every day with boats running from 12:00 noon until 21:30.
- You don’t need to choose a fixed time – hop on any boat you like. A new boat docks every 40 minutes, and boarding begins right away.
- Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis — there are no reserved seats.
- Tip: Our busiest hours are between 18:00 and 21:00 – you might have to queue during this time. If you’d like to board right away, we recommend coming a bit earlier in the day.
- Bring Your own smartphone and headphones if you’d like to use the free audioguide
- Weather-appropriate clothing — not all boats have covered decks, so dress for sun, wind, or rain to enjoy the cruise in any weather

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please call us by phone. No-shows are charged the full rate. All timeframes refer to the program’s scheduled start time (local time).
