We are docked directly behind the Hyatt Place Kent Narrows & Marina with walking distance to Fishermans Inn, Fishermans Crab Deck, Big Owl’s Tiki Bar and the Narrows Restaurant!

##What to Know Before Your Cruise
- **Boarding**:
- Boarding will begin 15 minutes before departure. The boat will depart at your scheduled cruise time and will not wait for any late guests.
- **No tickets necessary!** Guests can check in with the first and last name used for the booking, but please have this email ready in case of any issues with your booking.
- For guests 21+, please have your ID with you. All guests must have a valid form of ID in order to purchase alcoholic beverages from the bar, or for any cruises specifically 21+
- **Updates & Changes**:
- If we need to make any changes to your cruise or send any updates, you will be contacted through email and/or a phone call. Be sure to check your email and voicemail for any updates within 24 hours of your cruise.
#FAQ#
- **Alcohol Policies**: No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on our cruises. Per our liquor license, all alcohol on our cruises must be purchased on board.
- The bar accepts cash, credit card and mobile pay.
- **Food Policies**: Food is permitted, but please be aware that there are no tables for eating and seating is not guaranteed for fully booked cruises, as guests are encouraged to stand, mingle, dance, and take photos. We recommend you pair your cruise with a dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants in Kent Narrows. Feel free to ask our crew for recommendations!

#Public Cruise Cancellations:
##If you Cancel:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before your scheduled cruise are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled to another date. Cancellations within 7 days of the cruise may be rescheduled or receive a credit for a future trip. This policy does not apply to Private Charters.
*Trip Protection*: Guests who purchased trip protection upon booking may receive a full refund up to one hour prior to cruise departure, less the cost of the trip protection and any processing fees.
##If we Cancel:
We closely monitor weather conditions, passenger counts, and other factors to ensure the safety and quality of every cruise. If a cruise does not meet the minimum number of passengers, weather conditions make sailing unsafe per Coast Guard regulations, or other factors prevent departure, we will notify you as soon as possible using the phone number or email provided at booking. **In the event of a cancellation, you may reschedule for another date or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.**
Light rain will not cancel a cruise, as our catamaran is 75% covered. If you have not received notification prior to boarding, you can assume your cruise is operating as scheduled. Be sure to check your texts, voicemail and email prior to leaving for your cruise to ensure you are aware of any last-minute updates.
*Trip Protection*: Guests who purchased Trip Protection will receive a full refund, including the cost of the cruise, any processing fees, and the Trip Protection fee if we cancel the cruise.
