Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to allow time for parking and your safety briefing. Cruises depart promptly at the scheduled time.
What to Bring
• Beverages (BYOB — no glass containers)
• Snacks or light food (optional)
• Sunscreen & sunglasses
• Light jacket or wrap (evenings can cool quickly after sunset)
A cooler with ice and bottled water are provided onboard.
Parking
Free parking is available at Gulfport Marina.
Please park in designated vehicle spaces only.
Restrooms
Marina restrooms may close in the early evening. We recommend using shore facilities prior to arrival when possible. A compact marine restroom is available onboard.
Weather
The captain monitors conditions closely. If weather prevents safe departure, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change and aim to be fair to our guests while protecting our ability to operate a small, private charter business.
CANCELLATIONS BY GUEST
• 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
RESCHEDULING BY GUEST
Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before departure may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
Requests made within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.
WEATHER & OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS
The Captain has sole discretion to cancel a charter due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues.
Weather forecasts alone are not grounds for cancellation.
If the Operator cancels, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling.
NO SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
No shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the charter without refund.
Important Information
Your safety is our top priority. Presence is operated by a USCG Licensed Captain and is fully commercially insured.
We monitor weather conditions closely and reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe conditions.
All required safety equipment is onboard, including U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets for all passengers.
We love welcoming families aboard. For everyone’s safety, children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on the vessel, including near open areas at the stern. We strongly encourage children under 6 and any guests who are not strong swimmers to wear a life jacket while underway.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or mobility concerns so we can ensure the best possible experience for your group.
