Booking Notes

Please arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your start time due to lack of parking at peak times. WEEKENDS FILL UP EARLY!!

Please bring water to stay hydrated! Please remember EVERYTHING must be in REUSEABLE containers- NO PLASTIC!

Guests under 14 must ride with an adult. All minors must have an adult 18 years or older present with them on the river.

Life jackets, dry bags, cell phone cases, and seat cushions are provided for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must make any changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Our company reserves the rights to cancel rentals due to severe or inclement weather. Guests that arrive late for their rentals acknowledge that their time starts at the scheduled reservation time. If you are late, it will cut into your time. Please try to arrive early. Guests that return equipment late will be charged $15 for every 15 mins you are past your scheduled return time.
