Meeting Instructions:

YOUR LOCAL TOUR OPERATOR: is “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS”
We will be dressed in bright blue jackets or vests.
Please look for our YELLOW SIGNS with “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” written on it.

There are 3 ways a ship may dock in Sitka. Please pick carefully to match your ship!

1. SITKA SOUND CRUISE TERMINAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Please book your free shuttle times IMMEDIATELY at [HERE](https://www.sitkadock.com/)
This new shuttle booking system is Important to get you to your tour meeting spot at Harrigan Centennial Hall on time! Book your free shuttle time for at least 1 hour before your scheduled tour meeting time.

Most large ships will dock 7 miles out of town at a private dock called SITKA SOUND CRUISE TERMINAL. (Please follow booking instructions above) and take the FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO DOWNTOWN provided. Your local tour representative “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” will be OUTSIDE the building (in or near) the Vendor Sales Area starting 30 minutes before your tour departure time Please allow a minimum of 45 extra minutes for the shuttle to downtown.

2. CRESCENT HARBOR TENDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
When your ship arrives in Sitka and anchors in the harbor, you will be transported by tender boat to shore. Please exit the ship as soon as possible as this process can be very slow.
Your tour departs from the street side of Harrigan Centennial Hall at 330 Harbor Drive located not far from the top of the ramp.
Your local tour representative “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” will be OUTSIDE the building (in or near) the Vendor Sales Area starting 30 minutes before your tour departure time. We will have on bright blue jackets or vests and have yellow signs with “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” written on them.

3. O’CONNELL BRIDGE TENDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
When your ship arrives in Sitka and anchors in the harbor, you will be transported by tender boat to shore. Please exit the ship as soon as possible as this process can be very slow.
You will then need to walk 1.5 blocks to "Harrigan Centennial Hall" 330 Harbor Drive. Your local tour representative “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” will be OUTSIDE the building (in or near) the Vendor Sales Area starting 30 minutes before your tour departure time. We will have on bright blue jackets or vests and have yellow signs with “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” written on them.
We ask all guests to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before departure time to check in with your tour representative.

Recommended Dress:
For all tours in Alaska, we recommend dressing in layers with the top layer being waterproof. Sensible walking shoes that may get wet are also suggested.

Restrictions: This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Due to seat availability, as well as guest safety and comfort, passengers weighing 250 pounds (113 kilograms or 18 stone) will have to purchase an additional seat to reserve adequate space in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel any tour up to 14 days prior to the tour date and receive a full refund. If a customer cancels a tour less than 14 days prior to the tour date, the customer shall not receive a refund. The passenger shall receive a full refund in the event that the cruise ship does not dock in port. If your ship is late to arrive we will automatically reschedule your tour times to allow you to attend your tour. If your ship is late call 1-907-738-1733 for rescheduled times. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
