Details
Witness December 7, 1941, as never before. This experience puts you in the cockpit of a Japanese fighter plane as it departs the carrier Akagi 230 miles north of Oahu and heads for the military airfields and Pearl Harbor. It also provides lesser-known details of the attack, such as the different types of aircraft utilized and how the pilots maintained radio silence while using a Honolulu radio signal to guide their way to Oahu.

*Air Raid Pearl Harbor*
This provides the timeline of the attack and places you on the deck of the USS Utah, one of the battleships destroyed on that Sunday morning, December 7, 1941. Three minutes after the first wave of Japanese warplanes arrived at Pearl Harbor, a message was sent that would resonate through history: “Air Raid Pearl Harbor, This is no Drill.” Within two hours, 2,390 Americans were killed and 1,177 wounded.

This program **DOES NOT** include the boat tickets to the USS *Arizona* Memorial, nor are they needed to participate in this tour. The first round of tickets are released 8 Weeks in advance. The second round of tickets is released one day in advance at 3 p.m. Hawaii Time. Park gates open at 7 a.m.

**Check-In:** Check in with your confirmation at the USS *Arizona* Memorial VR Tour desk; located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
Check-in is anytime from 7 am-3:30 pm. (Pearl Harbor Visitor Center closes at 5 pm). Please be advised that the Visitor Center has a no-bag policy; visitors can bring their wallets, cameras, cellular phones, and water. Bag storage is available for a fee.
