SPECIAL NOTE: We encourage our guests to not reserve the tour on the same day of arrival to the Island. If the flight is delayed and the guest misses the tour the guest will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.

**NOTES**
If you have requested transportation please remember :
- Transportation is a request that may or may not be available.
- The transportation has a minimum of 4 guests, we could contact you up to the day before to confirm the pick up location, time and cost.
- Transportation is not charged at the time of booking.
- TIPS are not included in your payment.
- Bring extra clothes and towels for after the trip.
If you are not using our transportation please remember :
- You must arrive 45 mins earlier the tour for your check in and waiver sign in.
- If coming from San Juan please give yourself 1 hour 30 mins before the arrival time (45 mins before the start of your tour). This is our recommendation from previous experience, there is a lot of heavy traffic coming down from the San Juan area.
- Free parking is available.
- Upon arrival building may be closed, please wait patiently in your car for the crew. Building will have company name and logo.
- Bring extra clothes and towels for after the trip.
**This is a weather permitting excursion. We will check the weather conditions the day before and we will contact you to the number provided for your reservation**
**NOTES:** MINIMUM OF 8 GUESTS IS REQUIRED.
**Things to keep in mind:** Try to be 45 minutes earlier than starting time. Bring extra clothes for after the trip. Don’t be afraid to contact us if you need any help. You need to wear something that can get wet and flip flops or water shoes.
**What to bring:** The appropriate clothing will be beach clothes, bathing suit, shorts, t-shirt, water shoes, sun protection such as rash guard t-shirt, hat, sunglasses, sun block. We will provide snorkeling gear and kayaking gear, snacks and water. We also recommend to bring a towel and a change of clothes.
**Bathroom:** There are bathrooms on site.
**Physical Condition**: Pregnant women, kids under 6 years old or those who have epilepsy, back problems, heart conditions, dizziness, recent surgery or any other condition that may put life in risk are not allowed to participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour. Maximum weight per person is 300 pounds. Please help us make this a pleasant experience for all.

Cancellation Policy
***FOR GROUPS OF 8 OR LESS***: Cancellations done by 6:00 pm two (2) days before your excursion date, by **e-mail only**, are free of charge. If a cancellation occurs after this time, no refunds will be provided and we will no rescheduling will be done. Reservations done on the same date are final (no rescheduling will be done) and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable. Changing the number of people in a booking to a smaller number is considered cancellation for the change in number of participants. Such cancellations are subject to cancellation fees as per the above mentioned.

If a cancellation occurs after this time, no refunds will be provided and we will no rescheduling will be done. **- Directions are provided on this confirmation email and in detail. For any guest that arrive to a different location and are unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done. Any guest that are unable to get transportation and are unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done.**
**- Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.**
**WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:**
The tour is not cancelled on rainy days, it is still safe. If the tour needs to be cancelled for severe weather conditions the Company will contact the client and no charges will be made. Pure Adventure will decide if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. Guest that decide not to complete the tour or are no shows will NOT receive a refund.
**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION:**
The primary goal with our guests is to provide a fun and safe adventure. With that in mind, guests are expected to follow instructions at all times and maintain a respectful behavior towards other guests and the crew. If guests do not comply with the safety rules and behavior Pure Adventure reserve the right to end the participation of the guest at any time. If the crew suspect that a guest is under the influence of alcohol the guest will not be permitted to participate in the excursion and will not be entitled to refund. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer who they believe will not be able to complete the tour because of their physical condition, injury or illness. In such cases, guest will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.
**RESTRICTIONS:**
For safety reasons, children under 6 years old and pregnant women, those who have epilepsy, back problems, heart conditions, dizziness, recent surgery or any other condition that may put life in risk are not allowed to participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour.
