Private Snorkel Tours at Blue Spring State Park offer guests a personalized, guided experience in a natural spring environment. While the current assists in creating a drift-style swim, breath-hold activities in open water carry inherent risks and require participants to be physically fit, comfortable in natural aquatic settings, and able to follow guide instructions at all times.

Any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, uncooperative, or in violation of safety procedures may be restricted from participating further, without a refund. This is essential to ensure the safety of all guests and the protection of Blue Spring’s sensitive ecosystem.

#Prohibited Substances Policy
Florida Dive Company enforces a strict zero tolerance policy regarding prohibited substances and dangerous items. For the safety of all guests, staff, and wildlife:
• Drugs, alcohol, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal substances or intoxication (including alcohol influence) will result in immediate removal from the premises, and law enforcement will be notified as required.
• Hunting tools, spearguns, collection devices, or fishing equipment are not permitted on any Florida Dive Company tour or within Blue Spring State Park.
• Guests who appear under the influence of or in possession of any prohibited item will have their tour cancelled without refund, and will be asked to leave the area immediately.
This policy is strictly enforced to maintain a safe, family-friendly, and conservation-conscious environment.

Cancellation Policy

##Florida Dive Company – Blue Spring State Park Dive & Snorkel Tour Policy Agreement and Cancellation Policy:##

**1. ARRIVAL POLICY**
All participants are required to arrive at Blue Spring State Park no less than thirty (30) minutes prior to their scheduled in-water time. This allows sufficient time for:
• Park gate entry
• Parking and gear preparation
• Check-in and safety briefing
Guests who arrive late may be denied access to the dive or snorkel site or may experience reduced time with their guide.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or credit.

**1A. Park Entry & Admission**
Each of our Tours includes Guaranteed Park Entry; however, admission fees to the park are not included in the tour price and must be paid separately upon arrival.

The State Park charges the following admission fees (set by the park and subject to change):

$6 per vehicle (two to eight people).

$4 single-occupant vehicle.

$2 pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.

**Your guaranteed entry ensures you will be able to access the park and enjoy your tour without worry, even on busy days when the park may reach capacity.**

**1B. Required Documentation at Park Entry**
Guests must be prepared to present the following items to park staff at the entrance gate:
• A valid Florida Dive Company booking confirmation (digital or printed)
• A driver’s license or government-issued ID that matches the reservation name
Failure to present valid identification or confirmation may result in delayed entry or denied access to the park and tour.

**2. WEATHER POLICY**
All tours are conducted rain or shine. Guests should arrive prepared for varying Florida weather conditions.
• If unsafe weather or environmental conditions arise (e.g., lightning, flooding, strong currents), the Guide has full discretion to delay, modify, or cancel the tour for safety.
• If Florida Dive Company cancels the tour due to safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations made by the guest for personal weather preferences, without an official company cancellation, will follow the standard cancellation policy in Section 3.

**3. CANCELLATION POLICY**
Florida Dive Company maintains the following cancellation policies based on the type of booking:
**A. Group Tours (Non-Private)**
• Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior: non-refundable.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations: charged in full.
**B. Private Tours**
• Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more before the scheduled private tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior: non-refundable.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations: charged in full.
**C. No Refunds After Tour Begins**
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including:
• Medical illness or injury
• Guest discomfort or inability to complete the tour
• Voluntary withdrawal
• Weather or environmental conditions, unless deemed unsafe by Florida Dive Company

**4. RESCHEDULING POLICY**
Guests may reschedule their tour under the following conditions:
• A $50.00 Rebooking Fee per booking will be applied each time a booking is rescheduled.
• The new tour date must occur within ninety (90) days of the original reservation.
• Each rescheduling is treated as a new booking regarding fees and availability.

**5. CANCELLATION COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS**
To cancel or reschedule, guests must:
• Email Florida Dive Company directly at Reservations@FloridaDiveCompany.com
- Must include your First and Last Name, Booking Confirmation number, Email and Phone Number.
• Email cancellations are not valid unless approved by written confirmation from an authorized staff member.
• Voicemail Cancellations are not Valid.
Failure to receive confirmation may result in forfeiture of booking without refund or credit.

**6. OPERATOR-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS**
If a tour is canceled by Florida Dive Company due to any of the following:
• Severe or unsafe weather
• Environmental or Wildlife hazards
• State Park access limitations or closures
• Equipment or staffing issues

Guests will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• A reschedule at no additional cost

**7. ADDITIONAL TERMS**
**• Park Authority Limitations**
Blue Spring State Park staff cannot modify, access, or assist with any part of your Florida Dive Company reservation.
All such matters must be handled directly with Florida Dive Company by contacting our reservation team.
**• Florida Administrative Code – Park Resource Protection**
Per Chapter 62.D, F.A.C., no person shall destroy, injure, deface, mar, move, dig, harmfully disturb or remove from any park area, or the waters thereof, any buildings, structures, facilities, historic ruins, equipment, park property, soil, sand, gravel, rocks, stones, minerals, marine plants or animals, artifacts or other materials. No person shall cut, carve, injure, mutilate, move, displace or break off any water bottom formation or growth. Nor shall any person possess, break off or in any way damage any stalactites, stalagmites or other cave formations.
This rule means that one cannot gather firewood/kindling materials; forage for edibles; or remove plant/animal items such as driftwood, leaves/pine needles, feathers/bones, or other animal products within a state park.
**• Prohibition of Metal Detecting**
The use of metal detectors is strictly prohibited within Blue Spring State Park. Guests are not permitted to engage in any activity involving treasure hunting, object retrieval, or ground disturbance with metal detection devices.
**• Manatee Protection – State and Federal Law**
It is against the law to harass, harm, feed, or disturb manatees in any way. This is enforced under the Florida Manatee Sanctuary Act and the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
Harassment includes:
• Touching or chasing manatees
• Blocking their path
• Causing behavioral changes or distress
Violations are subject to federal and state penalties, including fines and removal from park property. Guests must respect all wildlife and natural habitats during their visit.
**• Acknowledgement of Terms**
By booking and/or participating in a tour with Florida Dive Company, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies outlined.
