Use the pedestrian's gate to enter the marina and meet us at Sabalo's Marina & Grill Rooftop, located next to the marina's main office.* ***We take our departure time very seriously and respect the time of all our customers; please do not risk missing your excursion.***

- *Newborns and infants are not allowed to participate.* ***Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to participate.***
- ***Drug-Free Vessel Policy:*** *In compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, this vessel maintains a strict zero-tolerance drug-free policy. The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances on board is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any individual found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate removal from the vessel, and the appropriate authorities, including the U.S. Coast Guard, will be notified without exception. By boarding this vessel, all passengers and crew acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.*

- ***Pregnant women please contact us directly prior to creating a reservation.*** - *The American Pregnancy Association informs about Pregnancy Wellness and Exercise “During pregnancy, your balance will be off making you more susceptible to tripping or falling.” Also, informs “Although swimming is a water sport, not all water sports are safe during pregnancy.” Our vessel due to normal movement with currents, wind, and waves, increases the risks of tripping or falling for all guests. Pregnant women are susceptible to tripping or falling faster. The safety of your unborn child and yours, are very important for us. In case of emergency, we cannot guarantee a fast return to the mainland or the necessary medical assistance.*

**HELPFUL HINTS**
- *Free parking is available in Marina Puerto Chico, Fajardo.*
- *Have a good breakfast before enjoying aquatic excursions.*
- *Restrooms and Showers are available at the marina before and after the excursion.*
- ***AT YOUR OWN RISK:*** *If you would like to take your phone or a camera on the excursion for photos, make sure it is waterproof or bring a waterproof bag to store it in.*
- **DO NOT BRING VALUABLES OR ANYTHING THAT CAN NOT GET WET** - *lost items will be very hard to find in the water and anything you take with you might get wet. The company will not reimburse lost items.*
- ** Passengers are not allowed to bring coolers, liquor, or beer on the boat. **
- *If you are making plans for a nice lunch/dinner experience after your tour, we highly recommend **Sabalos Marina Grill** right on Puerto Chico (same place where you will be doing your check in) Not only their food is AMAZING, but all Snorkeling Puerto Rico guests get free welcome drink with the purchase of any entrée (1 per entrée)*

**PARTICIPATION MINIMUMS**
- *This excursion requires a minimum of ***15 guests*** requesting in order to provide the tour. In the event this minimum is not met, we will call one or two days prior to the excursion to go over alternative options (i.e. reschedule for a different date or time that has the minimum requirement, payment options for a private excursion, or cancel without penalty). **HEALTH**
*You will require flexing knees and other leg movements to board our vessel and to be able to use the sea ladder. Some medical conditions are not suitable for our Snorkeling Tours.*

**WEATHER**
*If we need to cancel due to weather conditions we will call to notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged. However, please note that due to the unpredictable weather in the Caribbean*, ***cancellations may be done the same day on-site.***
*We make all determinations about weather cancellations; so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive at your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable as* ***you will not be refunded if the excursion goes out.***
