Cruise the Charleston Harbor, and pull up to a beach for swimming, shark tooth hunting or just lounge in a water hammock. Get close to the historic forts and downtown Charleston, or just cruising the intra coastal water way to see the beautiful waterfront homes.

Booking Notes
Thank you for choosing Southern Charm, your charter is confirmed.
Your Captain and will welcome you aboard. They are not only the Captain who is responsible for your safety but also your tour guide. They work extremely hard to make your time on the water exceptional! Gratuities are not included but customarily 18-20% is accepted via cash or Venmo if you were pleased with your experience. We look forward to our time with you aboard Southern Charm!
##CATERING:
If you are having your trip catered please contact Caviar and Bananas catering dept. as soon as you can: 843-577-9997 or visit them online at http://www.caviarandbananas.com and view their online menu. They can deliver the food to the boat before you arrive, please advise them to bring the food to Southern Charm on I Dock at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. We do provide bottled water and a single cooler with ice, additional coolers and ice are available per request.
##WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring towels if you wish to swim or we can provide them for a fee. Bring more alcoholic beverages than you think you need. Most parties run out within the first hour.
Please do not bring spray sunscreen, it's use will not be allowed on board. You will also be asked to remove your shoes except during the colder months.
In the cooler months please wear layers with a wind breaker, we will have blankets onboard in case you get cold.
##WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We provide one large coolers full of ice, bottled water and room for your things.
Bluetooth JL Audio Soundsystem on that boat.
Additional items we can provide for a fee, please let us know today that you want these items onboard for your trip tomorrow.

We do have complimentary emergency ponchos in case of a pop up rain shower.

Please arrive at the boat no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. We have quick turnarounds and if you show up too early you are welcome to help us clean ;)

Cancellation Policy
In the event of request for cancellation by the charter guest once paid in full, a full refund will be giving outside of 7 days from the scheduled time. Within 7 days there will be a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled charter. We are charged for each credit charge and refund, cancellations mean we lose out on other charter guests that we turned down because of your booking. However, you may reschedule your charter if you wish with applicable fees.
**Rescheduling Fees**
Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Charterer's requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:
Outside 7 days no fee
Within 7 days of sailing: $200
Within 24 hours prior to sail: No Refund without Trip Protection
Trip Protection (Optional)
Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your cruise at any time for any reason up to 1 hour prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of charter fee less the cost of trip protection, booking and processing fees.
Weather cancelations are at the discretion of the Captain only and at the time of the charter. The weather forecasts are never correct, we always show up to the boat and see what the weather is at the time of the charter. First we will postpone if time is available and if the weather is moving off. If conditions do not improve and the captain cancels the charter, you will have the option to a full refund or reschedule if available. We do not cancel charters for light rain or windy conditions.
