###Please arrive 15 minutes before your Speed Boat Adventure to check-in and have your electronic waivers filled out beforehand. You will check in with your tour guide at your designated tour time at the Amazon lockers on the left side of the marina building.

Cancellation Policy
Activity may be canceled at tour guide's discretion due to weather conditions including heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. As safety is our top priority, weather cancellations are made on a cruise by cruise basis up to time of departure. In the rare situation the seller must cancel the event prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive a gift card, or receive a full refund (including trip protection).
If an activity is cut short early due to severe weather, rainchecks will be given to all guests. Full refunds are not available after the cruise leaves the dock, but rainchecks do not expire.
Refund and Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final, unless trip protection is purchased up front. No refunds, reissue to gift cards, or rescheduling will be permitted without trip protection.
Trip Protection Policy
Trip Protection must be added at the time of purchase. Trip Protection allows for rescheduling (subject to availability) or refund of tickets up to 120 minutes prior to departure time, for any reason. Tickets purchased within 120 minutes of cruise departure will be a final sale, and non-refundable. Refunds will reimburse for the full amount of each ticket, less the Trip Protection fees.
Trip Protection is voided and no refunds will be issued if (1) guest(s) arrive and check into the cruise, (2) guest(s) do not cancel at least 120 minutes prior to the departure time, or (3) guest(s) no show without notification.
