Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking, customers will receive a 75% refund. However, cancellations made within 6 days or less before the booking date are not eligible for a refund. If customers would like to reschedule, they can contact our staff, but a fee of $60.00 per person will be charged for rebooking.

Please note that cancellations can only be made during business hours. In the event of a no-show, the full price will be charged. If the operator has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customers can call our office for information on rescheduling or obtaining a refund.
