Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to go over jet ski safety, operating instructions, and your map before heading out.

#📝 Before You Arrive
• All waivers and Boater Safety requirements must be completed prior to arrival.
Any time spent completing these onsite will be deducted from your rental duration to keep schedules running smoothly.
• A security deposit will be held per ski on the day of rental and released once equipment is returned and inspected.
Please inspect your ski before departure — it must be returned in the same condition received.
• Optional insurance email will be sent from the vquip “protect your rental” at this point you can purchase a rental insurance. This is highly recommended.
Insurance must be purchased individually for each ski rented.

#🚤 Boater Safety Requirements
• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must obtain a Florida Temporary Boater Safety Certificate to operate a jet ski unless they already have a boating license.
• This requirement does NOT apply to kayak rentals.

#👤 Age Requirements
• Must be 18+ to rent a Jet Ski/PWC
• Ages 16+ may operate with a parent/guardian present
• Minimum age to rent a kayak is 18+

• Stay within designated map boundaries — violations may result in immediate rental termination and loss of deposit.
• A photo ID is required while on the water.
• Follow all waterway laws and safety rules.
• Wear sunscreen & bring a towel — you will get wet!

#🏝 Check-In Instructions
Please head to the front of the large tiki hut at Capri Fish House (yellow and green building).
🚫 Please do not park in the restaurant parking lot.
🅿 Free parking is available across the street.
Walk through the lot — our Jet Ski & Kayak stand is located to the left in front of the tiki hut, where a Jet Ski Time team member will be ready to assist you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of your reservation.
Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled reservation for a full refund.
If It's Jet Ski Time cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen operational circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation.
No-shows.
Failure to meet age, licensing, or participation requirements.
Changes or cancellations requested after the cancellation window has expired.
Trip Protection (Highly Recommended)
Add Trip Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.
With Trip Protection, you may cancel or modify your reservation for any reason up to 1 hour before your activity and receive a full refund, minus the Trip Protection fee and any applicable processing fees.
Trip Protection includes one rebooking only. Once a reservation has been rebooked using Trip Protection, no additional rebookings, cancellations, or refunds are permitted under the Trip Protection plan.
