Booking Notes

###Check-In:

###Please Arrive at 5pm for your activity!

We will meet at the designated pool to start your training.

###We will provide:

- All applicable Scuba equipment (BC, 1st stage/reg/computer, tanks, wetsuit, mask, fins, etc..)

##We recommend you bring
- Towels
- Sunscreen

###Please have your Online Learning completed upon arrival for your Class.

Cancellation Policy

###Refunds

- We require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund
- 48 to 24 hours notice is a 50% refund
- No refunds given within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- No refunds will be given for No shows.
- No refunds will be given for online learning.

###Rebooking

- Re-bookings made more than 48 hours in advance are free
- 48 to 24 hours notice rebooking require a 10% fee
- No rebooking offered within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.


###Cancelation by Trident Adventures

- If we cancel the charter due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions as decided by the captain's discretion the day of the charter, a free rebooking or full refund will be offered.

- The credit card on file will be charged 72 hours prior to activity if not paid in full.
