- Every PonTiki cruise is stocked with beer, wine, hard seltzers, bottled water, and ice. Please remember that PonTiki’s alcohol licensing strictly prohibits any hard liquor on the boats. If you bring any hard liquor on board, the cruise is unable to depart.

Cancellation Policy
Public Cruise Cancellation Policy
Pontiki does not offer refunds for Public Cruises. In the event Pontiki is forced to cancel due to the weather or other matters, we will issue a gift card towards a future cruise. An additional 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your your gift card.
Customers will be notified 2 hours in advance if the weather is questionable.
