Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson
The instructor takes you along Kailua’s pristine beach or even out to Flat Island for an introduction to Hawaii’s rediscovered tradition. Participants will learn basic paddling strokes and the secrets to turning and balance. Wildlife encounters are common due to the high vantage point while standing on a board. Look for sea turtles and fish around the coral reef.

• Adults - $249 + tax
• Adults (Private Lesson) - $439 + tax

Conditions
* Group Lessons: Ages 13-17 years may participate with a parent or guardian present.
* Private/Private Group Tours: 8 years may participate with a parent or guardian present.
* All Participants must be able to swim.

* 2-Hour Lesson/Tour + 2-Hours of Beach Time
* Stand-Up Board –NSP 11’6” or similar
* DLNR Offshore Islet Landing Permit
* Full EVA foam deck pad
* Surf leash
* Snorkel mask, boogie board and beach mat
* Lunch. Guests can choose from pizza, calzones Hawaiian plate lunch or Salads. Our pizza and calzones are made to order in the Beach Center at Bob’s Pizzeria. Our plate lunches are made to order at K&K BBQ where guests will find inside and outside seating. Salads are available at Bob’s Pizzeria or in Kailua Town at Aloha Salads.

Booking Notes

##What to Bring:
>• Swimsuits: guests should wear their swimsuits under their clothes at time of pick-up. Get ready to get wet.
• Water: We are eco-friendly so feel free to bring a re-usable water bottle. You will be able to fill it with fresh water at check-in.
• Reef Safe Screen: we recommend SPF 30 or greater and reef friendly. Discount offered on this item in our shop
• Shoes: slippers (i.e. flip flops, thongs, etc.) are ok, but water shoes or sandals are better for walking around the sharp, rocky, islands. Discount offered on this item in our shop
• During the winter months, bring a long sleeve shirt, light jacket or rain jacket.
• Camera: bring a camera or cell phone. Water-proof cell phone pouches are available for purchase upon arrival. Discount offered on these items in our shop. Dry bags are included in the tour.
• Dry change of clothes and towel for showering after the trip.
• Cash/Credit Cards: we provide free lockers for valuables. Our shop carries many of the above items and last minute add-ons for the trip as well as one-of-a-kind souvenirs. It is also customary to tip guides for great service.

>Our Pro-shop also carries a complete line of beach wear and beach items such as sunglasses, sunglass holders, rash guards with 100% UV protection and waterproof cameras. Guests will receive 15% off all retail when they join one of our tours
