The Sundancer is a 37 Ft Mini Yacht with a great deck space and cabin as well, this makes it super comfortable and stable when navigating, for 12 people it’s the best, and you can fully relax because the captain will take you wherever you want.
Our Prices will include the gas and cooler with ice and water, a watermat will also be included. Captain fee will be additional.

### 🗓️ What to Expect for Your Charter
* **2–3 Days Before:** You’ll receive a contract where you can select your captain (as required by the U.S. Coast Guard) and settle any outstanding balances for the boat.
* **10 Hours Before:** A reminder email will be sent to ensure you’re all set for your trip.
* **1 Hour Before Charter Time:** Please text your captain to let them know you're on your way. If you call, they may not answer, as they could be finishing another charter.

## 🆔 Mandatory ID & Waiver Requirements
### 🚨 ID IS REQUIRED FOR THE LEAD TRAVELER — NO EXCEPTIONS 🚨
The lead traveler must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
* **Waivers:** Every adult must sign the waiver from the confirmation email. You can sign it using your phone or computer. Parents or guardians must sign for minors.

## 💵 Onboard & Captain's Fee
Once you arrive, please pay the captain’s fee directly to them before boarding.
* **Captain Fee: $45/hr** *(Zelle or Cash only)*
* **Credit Card Hold:** A **$100 hold** may be placed for incidentals and will be released within 24 hours after your rental.
* *Note: No foreign currency is accepted.*

## 📍 Arrival, Location & Parking
### Miami Departure Location
**2215 NW 14th St**, Miami, FL 33125
* **Arrival Time:** Please arrive **20 minutes before your scheduled time**.
* **Meeting Instructions:** Once you arrive, enter the marina and go straight to the blue building. You’ll find Pier C on the left side.
* **Contact:** Call the captain or company upon arrival if you don't have the captain's number.
### 🚗 **Parking**
* **Marina Parking:** Parking inside the marina may cost **up to $40 per vehicle**.
* **Street Parking:** Street parking is also available (at your own risk).
***Please arrive with enough time to find parking. The company is not responsible for delays caused by parking issues.***

## 🚫 Strictly Enforced Rules & Policies
To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines:
* **Footwear:** **Shoes will be removed before boarding** *(avoid high heels)*.
* **Cabin Access:** Do not enter the cabin wet or with shoes.
* **Restroom Care:** Do not throw paper in the toilet **($50 unclogging fee)**.
* **No Smoking:** No smoking inside the cabin.
* **Captain's Orders:** Follow all captain instructions at all times.
* **Company Authority:** The company reserves the right to terminate the activity if guidelines are not followed.

## ⚓ Riverside Marine – Important Marina Rules
The marina has implemented the following measures. These rules are **strictly enforced**:
### 🚫 Prohibited Items
- Firearms or any type of weapon are **strictly prohibited** on marina premises and onboard the boats.
### ⏰ Arrival & Departure Policy
- Guests may arrive **no earlier than 30 minutes before** their scheduled charter time
- **No loitering is permitted** before or after your trip
- All guests must **leave the premises immediately after the charter ends**
### 🍻 Conduct & Behavior
- Guests who appear **intoxicated or disruptive** will be denied boarding or asked to leave
- Marina security — and if necessary, law enforcement — may be involved
### 🎵 Music Policy
- All music must be **turned off at least 2 minutes before returning** to the marina
⚠️ *Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, early termination of your trip, or removal from the property without refund.*

**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip by emailing [info@bruschiboatrental.com](mailto:info@bruschiboatrental.com). Phone calls or texts are not valid cancellation methods. Requests are not confirmed until approved.
Third-party bookings must be canceled or modified through the original platform. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours of the trip. No-shows are charged in full.
If Bruschi Boat Rental cancels, customers may receive a refund or reschedule option. Weather issues are subject to our Weather & Trip Protection Policy found in our website.
