##Where do we leave from?
Please meet us at our private dock , located **1100 Manhasset Ave, Greenport, NY**. Look for the white building on your right-hand side, BEFORE you get to Portobello's and Safe Harbor marina.
##Is there parking on-site?
There is limited parking on site, next to the white building. Please plan accordingly and carpool whenever possible.
##What time should I arrive?
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our crew will check you in and welcome you aboard *Bonnie Lynn*.
##What do I bring?
- Light snack and beverage if desired (no large coolers, please)
- Extra layer for wind/sun
##What shoes do I wear?
- Shoes are optional on *Bonnie Lynn*. If you elect to wear shoes, please wear comfortable shoes with some traction. No heels allowed! If you prefer to go barefoot, we have a basket onboard to place your shoes.

Cancellation Policy
Ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you cancel 7+ days in advance, you may request a change of date, or credit for future sail, If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you forfeit your ticket.
East End Charters withholds the right to cancel any sail due to unsafe weather conditions, including a high chance of thunderstorms, high winds (over 25kts), or steady rain. We will make this decision no more than 2 hours prior to your scheduled sail. We do not cancel for small (less than 50%) chance of showers or cloudy weather. If your sail is cancelled by East End Charters, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
