##What to expect after booking.

48 hours before we will charge the remaining balance if any on the card on file, if the funds are not settle then we will send you an email along with a text message to settle the balance within 3 hours, if the balance is not settle then the reservation will be canceled automatically.

24 hours before, we will contact you to sign the documents needed for your reservation in a secure online method.

#Rental Information

This is the first email of 2 that you will receive, be aware the day of your rental, you will receive an email with important information about your rental.

#Weather

Please **do not assume** your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather conditions, always show up to your reservation unless you hear otherwise from us, we will make a decision about weather at the marina.

#Location
Please arrive **20 minutes** prior your rental time to find parking and allow us to do the introduction to the boat.

#Parking
You can find parking outside for free (park at your own risk). DO NOT PARK INSIDE THE PREMISES OR YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED.

Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip by emailing [info@bruschiboatrental.com](mailto:info@bruschiboatrental.com). Phone calls or texts are not valid cancellation methods. Requests are not confirmed until approved.

Third-party bookings must be canceled or modified through the original platform. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours of the trip. No-shows are charged in full.

If Bruschi Boat Rental cancels, customers may receive a refund or reschedule option. Weather issues are subject to our Weather & Trip Protection Policy found in our website.
