We’re excited to welcome you aboard for your upcoming adventure! Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip:
**This is a bareboat charter and you are responsible for paying the captain separate from the boat.**
##Meeting Location:
We’ll meet at **Beach Weekend Marina**, located at ***12 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL***.
*Please note that parking at this location is FREE, but we only have two parking spots per boat*. **Parking is first come, first serve with overflow parking across the street if the main parking lot fills up**.

##Tips for Your Crew:
It’s customary to tip your crew 15-20% for their hard work in making your trip unforgettable. If you haven’t already included gratuity in your booking or reserved an 8-hour charter, you can tip in person during your trip.
##What’s Included:
We want you to have a fantastic time on the water, so we’ve equipped your charter with:
- Paddleboards
- A water mat for lounging
- Floats
- We’ll also have a cooler stocked with ice.
Feel free to bring along your favorite snacks, drinks, and any other essentials (like sunscreen and towels) to make your day complete!
##Payment Details:
If you’ve only paid a deposit, the remaining balance will be charged automatically 48 hours before your trip to the card on file. Want to use a different card? Just give us a call ahead of time to update your payment information.
Additionally, for the bareboat charter you must pay the captain separately.
##Cancellation Policy:
- Plans change—we get it! If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 7 days before your charter for a full refund minus a 5% processing and administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, and the full amount will be due.
- For weather-related cancellations, our captain will make the call. If your trip is canceled due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund.
