We'll meet in Monopoli at the first light in a free parking area, where you can leave your belongings to get ready. If your B&B is close to the Monopoli old town, you can reach the meeting point by walking and enjoy a sweet awakening. You have to bring with you a beach towel and swimsuit, and depending on the weather, eventually a jumper. Wetsuits are not included but can be provided upon request at least a day before. We'll provide a Stand-up Paddle and a 10 L waterproof bag with a gift for you.
After a quick introduction, we'll be ready to go on the water and reach the spot not far from the coast, where you will be served a lovely breakfast (requested a day before and stating your preferences, diets, or allergies), while waiting the sun come up from the sea. After if you're practical with SUP, we'll go for a tour along the coast or a lesson will be provided by our qualified instructor which guarantees you that in 30 mins you'll be up on board. We'll discover a lovely stretch of coast to end up with a great and regenerative jump in the water.
