Sound healing uses vibration to activate the parasympathetic nervous system as a way to gently relax the body, calm the mind, and restore vitality.

A sound bath is a fully immersive meditative experience that uses specific frequencies to guide you into a state of deep relaxation using a phenomenon known as brain synchronization. Sound baths help to reduce anxiety, stress and help us regulate our nervous system so that we can feel more peaceful and at ease.

During a sound bath, participants are invited to sit in a comfortable position, while the practitioner guides participants through a mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises and plays a variety of sacred instruments ranging from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and more! The goal is to use curated sounds to create a relaxing, meditative experience for participants to cultivate a sense of inner calm, connection and harmony.
