Join us for sunrise tours from Gonzales Bay, Willows Beach and other spectacular beach locations in the Greater Victoria area. We combine weather/wind forecasts and local knowledge to plan a memorable experience.
Sunrise tours can also be planned with a light breakfast and hot drink on the water. Bring your own or request a gourmet boxed breakfast. Our tables (boards) have the best view in town. A great way to start to day and enjoy all the sights and sounds of nature.

- Wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and water activity (not cotton)
- Bring a towel, change of clothes (just in case)
- Drysuits, boots & gloves can be added to your session (additional fee applies).
- Make sure you have a strap for your glasses
- Leave your electronic keys, phone, etc. on shore or rent a dry bag for your gear

## How to Prepare and What to Bring
Thank you for booking your SUP tour with us!
Below is some useful information to support you in preparing for and enjoying your experience on the water:
- Wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and water activity (layers are a good idea; avoid cotton, as it absorbs and retains water like a sponge keeping you wet and cold)
- Water/reef shoes are great for walking down to the beach with your board and can be worn while paddling, although paddling barefoot during the warm season is the norm; wearing insulated footwear, like neoprene boots, is recommended during the cold season
- Bring a towel, change of clothes (just in case) (can be kept on shore)
- Use a strap for your prescription glasses or sunglasses (we have straps available for rent or purchase)
- Leave your electronic keys, phone, etc. on shore or place in a dry bag (rental dry bags are available for an additional fee)
