Booking Notes
- Get 20 minutes early at the Marina.
- Meeting Point at Sunbay Marina:
When you arrive at the Marine, you must inform the guard of your reservation number and full name.
Once you enter, you will park after Pier A and walk to the first Gazebo next to the Marine office.
- Your guide at the time for your Tours will show up to start the check-in and sign the waiver.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' cancellation notice.
**If the Customer cancels in less than 24 hours, a charge of 50% of the price of the excursions will be applied.**
