Sailing under the mystical sunset, is one of the most relaxing, intimate and happy moment than you can dream of. We sail slowly and smoothly while enjoying great views and breezes of the Fajardo coast and its keys. Once we have arrived at our destination, you can immerse yourself in the warm, calm waters of Puerto Rico.
The coast of Fajardo will be illuminated with colored lights, reflections of dreams, while you and your family enjoy music, drinks and cold cuts. This experience is designed for you to relax and enjoy the sights of Puerto Rico.

Itinerary
- Check In & Safety talk: Arrive to Villa Marina, Fajardo Puerto Rico.
- Cruise Along the East Coast of Puerto Rico. From this point we will have a different perspective of the Las Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse and Las Croabas.
- Destination:
- **Palomino Island:** Approximate navigation time 15 minutes. Once we reach the island of Palomino, you can immerse yourself in the warm waters or relax in our water mat. Be enchanted by the beautiful reddish, orange and blue sunset typical of the East Coast of Puerto Rico. Watch as the daylight fades and begins to illuminate the sky with stars, as we prepare the evening meals.

- **Please note: this experience is sailed in a 27-foot boat in open water. On occasion we can expect choppy and or bumpy ride.**
- Depending on the maritime conditions of the day and the experience of our guests, the captain can adjust the itinerary and places on the islands to visit.

Please arrive at **Renaissance Villa Marina in Fajardo 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure** for check-in, boarding, and a brief safety orientation.
At the marina entrance, tell security you are visiting **Manta**.
Please have your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID available.
**Please arrive on time.** Late arrival may reduce your time on the water, and the scheduled return time cannot be extended.

## 🌅 About Your Sunset Cruise
Your captain will select the best route based on weather, sea conditions, comfort, and safety.
Palomino or another scenic area along Puerto Rico’s east coast may be visited when conditions allow, but specific destinations cannot be guaranteed.
Sunset colors and visibility depend on cloud cover and weather conditions and may vary from evening to evening.
## 🌊 Swimming
Swimming may be possible when sea conditions, timing, and crew approval allow.
Swimming is optional and is never guaranteed as part of the cruise.
## 🍹 Bringing Alcohol?
Guests may bring alcoholic beverages in **cans or plastic containers only**. Glass is not permitted onboard.
Please drink responsibly. Guests who appear impaired may be restricted from swimming or participating in other water activities.
## 🐾 Bringing a Pet?
If you are bringing a pet, please notify us in advance so our crew can prepare appropriately.

Cancellation Policy
**Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund.**
Cancellations made **within 48 hours of departure**, as well as **late arrivals and no-shows**, are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least **48 hours in advance** and are subject to availability and any applicable change fees.
Sunset cruises are weather- and sea-condition dependent. If **Pirate Snorkeling Shack determines that conditions are unsafe to operate**, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with our weather policy.
Changes to the **route, destination, swimming opportunities, timing, or activities** due to weather, sea conditions, cloud cover, or safety are not considered operator cancellations and do not qualify for a refund.
**Sunset visibility, colors, and specific destinations such as Palomino are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.**
Please do not assume your cruise is canceled based on rain, clouds, wind, or a weather forecast unless Pirate Snorkeling Shack contacts you directly.
Important Information
For your safety, all guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew throughout the experience.
This activity involves boat movement, wet surfaces, boarding the vessel, sun exposure, and changing marine conditions. Guests should be able to safely board and exit the boat.
Please notify us in advance of any medical condition, recent surgery, mobility limitation, allergy, or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.
Personal flotation devices, first-aid supplies, and required marine safety equipment are provided. The captain may require the use of a flotation device whenever necessary for safety.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian. Infants and children count toward the maximum capacity of 6 guests.
Alcohol consumption must remain responsible. Guests who appear impaired or engage in unsafe behavior may be restricted from certain activities.
Weather, sea conditions, route, access to Palomino, swimming opportunities, and sunset visibility may change at the captain’s discretion. The captain has final authority regarding navigation and all safety-related decisions.
