**LEGALITY PLEASE READ** *Failure to complete could result in a Florida state violation.*
In order to operate a motorboat of ten (10) horsepower or greater, Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC. if born after the specified date and renting without a captain please be sure to complete the online class (aprox 15 min) from the following link. Be sure to save a copy via picture on phone or paper copy.

Pickup will be at Cox Landing 15th st boat ramp. 1784 SE 15th St 33316. Again please be sure to arrive 30 min prior to trip to ensure parking if driving. Also don’t forget to bring Towels, Sunscreen plus any food or beverage you would like. There are 2 coolers preloaded with ice and a case of water for you to use. Also 2 paddle boards and our custom floating party dock. Last Thing our captains do work for tips so please if you enjoyed your trip don't forget to tip!!
