PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR TIME. **YOU MUST BE CHECKED IN AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME FOR THE CAPTAIN’S SAFETY BRIEFING OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRIP AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN**

Enjoy music and a champagne toast! We include water, soda, champagne and light snacks. You may bring any food you like and your own adult beverages, however, glass and hard liquor are not permitted on board, so they must be in a can.
If the crew gives you an exceptional experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
• For full refund, 24 hours notice prior to excursion is required, **unless Trip Protection was purchased. Please contact Morada Mermaid directly.**
• Please note that we have a minimum of 10 passengers required to run our excursions. If we do not have the minimum, we can reschedule your excursion for a different night or will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding!
• PRIVATE CHARTERS: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. cancellations with less than 7 days notice will receive credit for future booking.
