Booking Notes
#Cruises board 15-20 minutes in advance if departure. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to allow enough time to park and check in.
#What to wear
Our vessels go out rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the forecasted weather conditions and the vessel you are booked on. It is often cooler on the water, so we recommend wearing layers. Sunglasses, hats & sunscreen are highly recommended in the summer months!
The top deck on the Henrietta is open air, and the lower deck is enclosed and air conditioned.
#Meeting Location
Our Ticket Booth is located on Water St, right by the entrance to Anne Bonney's restaurant. Please check in at the tickets booth prior to your cruise. The closest GPS address is 106 S Water St in Wilmington, NC 28401, at the foot of Dock Street on the corner of Water and Dock Streets. There are several paid parking lots in the dock area. If you have any trouble locating the boat or are lost, call (910) 343-1611.
Cancellation Policy
**Refund/Rescheduling Policy**
Base Tickets Non-refundable, can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. You may reschedule your tickets (subject to availability) only if you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
**Weather Policy**
Events occur rain or shine. We may cancel any event because of severe weather, mechanical breakdown or lack of participation. In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel, we will attempt to contact you via phone, email and/or text (where applicable) and your event will be rescheduled or ticket refunded.
**Please arrive 20-30 minutes early, as cruises start right on time!**
