#Important Info Before You Arrive
- Bring layers—weather can shift on the water & there can be a cool, evening breeze
- Non-slip shoes recommended
- Restrooms and snacks available (for sale) onboard
- Please allow plenty of time for parking (2 paid lots nearby) ESPECIALLY during the summer weekends and during holidays

- Please complete waivers for everyone in your party before arriving in order to speed up the check-in process
- Motion Sickness-our vessel is equipped with stabilizers and the bay is generally calm so motion sickness is generally not a worry on a bay cruise

**Check-In Instructions**
Please check in at our table just in front of the H&M Landing Building (on the parking lot side). You will either see a tablecloth that says Pacific Cruises or one for our sister company (Wild Pacific Whale Watch). Please check in 45 minutes before your tour.

##Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation and are within our cancellation period, you can select the option to rebook or cancel towards the top of this email (your confirmation email).
