Parking at Sparky’s Landing is limited. Please allow extra time for parking and making your way to the dock.
⚠️ Required Waiver
All guests must complete our online waiver prior to departure.
The waiver link is included in your booking confirmation email and can be completed anytime before your trip.

Enjoy a complimentary champagne toast and seasonal local seafood when available, such as Florida stone crab or Key West pink shrimp.
🎒 What to Bring
We recommend bringing sunglasses and a light jacket or sweater, as it may become breezy or cooler on the water after sunset.
🚫 No glass bottles are permitted aboard.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
Please note that we have a minimum of 8 passengers required to run our excursions. If we do not have the minimum, we can reschedule your excursion for a different date or will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding!
Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Private charters require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
