Every winter the majestic humpback whales migrate to the waters around Maui to mate and give birth. Our 2 hour sunset whale watching experience is the best way to get a front row seat and see the whales and the sunset up close! Truly there is nothing quite like Maui whales or Maui sunsets and this way you get the best of both worlds.
When you join us for a whale watch on our custom-built inflatable raft, you will enjoy intimate experiences with the whales. Our captain and crew are passionate about the humpbacks and will share information about the whales to really make the experience come alive. We even have a hydrophone and high quality speakers on the boat so you can hear the beautiful whale songs.

Thanks for booking your whale watch with Dive Maui/Hawaiian Rafting Adventures. Maui's humpback whales are magical creatures and we look forward to a memorable day on the water with you!
All of our trips meet at our dive shop, 1223 Front Street, in Lahaina. We will walk the short distance from our shop to the dock together 5 minutes before departure. Boats leave promptly so please arrive no later than your trip's scheduled meeting time. Guests will be assigned boarding passes in the order of which they check in at the shop. The first to arrive will board the vessel first to choose seating.
There is free street parking across the street from our shop and at Lahaina Cannery Mall on a first come first serve basis. It can get busy during peak beach hours so plan ahead and give yourself ample time to park.
What to bring: Windbreaker or light jacket, hat, reef safe sunscreen, and a smile. We will have paper cups and water onboard but we highly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle to refill and prevent waste.

Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Cancellation Policy strictly enforced! Due to our group size limitations on some activities, we cannot absorb the cost of people canceling at the last minute, when we are turning away people from tours or classes that day. Coast Guard, County, and Dive Agency regulations dictate the number of clients aboard or on the beach each day. When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:
If the cancellation notification is received less than 24 hours from the start of the tour or class there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
Cancellations can be made via email at dive@goscubadivemaui.com and must be confirmed by a member of our staff before they are accepted.
If you do not arrive on time for your trip and the groups has departed, you will be charged in full. Please arrive on time. Our trips depart on time and we do not want to leave without you.
Dive Maui cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.
