Ready to try Stand Up Paddle for the first time? Join us for an inspiring 1.5-hour introduction led by a certified SUP guide in one of the Algarve’s most beautiful and peaceful coastal settings.
You’ll begin by learning the essential techniques: how to balance, paddle, and navigate safely — all in a relaxed, supportive environment. Once you're feeling confident on the board, and if sea conditions allow, we’ll paddle together toward a hidden cove, wild beach, or secret sea cave, using your new skills to explore off the beaten path.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel empowered to continue your SUP journey with confidence — and leave with unforgettable memories from the water.

We are going to visit the Benagil cave.

You will go direct to a house with a green gate there you turn right and follow a road for 250meters
After on the left you will arrive to our farm , go inside and park there
A historic place where smuggling passed and many treasures were hidden
The beach was occupied by pirates and was prohibited even for locals
This is our magical place where we will take you on a 7-minute walk
Bring food, snacks and water. There are no restaurants or shops
Here nature merges with the ocean and not even Google Maps can take you to paradise
There is no possible way, nor do we want there to be one
We must maintain a sustainable ecological footprint, free from mass tourism, on our beach, considered one of the postcards of the Algarve and home to pirates

Ahi vás encontrar una casa con un puerta verde y se gira a derecha
Segue por un camiño de tierra unos 250metros
Vas a encontrar en la esquierda despues los coches aparcados dentro de nuestra quinta, pues es entrar y benvenidos a la ruta del contrabando
un sitio histórico donde pasaba el contrabando y se escondían muchos tesoros Y la playa estaba ocupada por piratas
Estaba prohibida incluso para los locales
Este es nuestro lugar mágico donde te llevaremos a una caminata de 7 minutos.
Llevar comida, snacks y agua
No hay restaurantes ni tiendas
Aquí la naturaleza se funde con el océano y ni Google Maps puede llevarte al paraíso
No hay camino posible, ni queremos que lo haya
Debemos mantener una huella ecológica sostenible, libre de turismo de masas, en nuestra playa considerada una de los postales del Algarve y hogar de piratas
