1 Hour independent SUP Hire/Paddle. Children 8-14 must be accompanied or strictly supervised by an adult at all times.

Please note , that traffic and parking can be difficult and traffic can be busy during summer periods. Please arrive early, if you are running late , we cant guarantee that your full hour paddleboarding will be available if equipment is fully booked for next paddleboarding session.

Shoal Bay is Located an hour North of Newcastle , two hours from the central coast and tree hours from Sydney.

For a tourist visiting the Port Stephens a day paddleboarding in Shoal Bay is a essential experience. At Shoal Bay SUP we want to provide you with the ultimate Port Stephens Paddleboarding experience.

Our site is also beautiful as the area in front of our site is relatively shallow 4-8m so you have a very clear view of the seagrasses and the marine life below. You will see fish but also may see dolphins, turtles, cormorants and other types of wildlife.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to allow us to size you with a paddle and sign the relevant paperwork.
Notes
Paddle boarding is very affected by the wind and we do cancel sessions. We will inform you if your session needs to get cancelled.

Thank you for your booking.

Please ensure you arrive prior to your activity time. During busy times like holidays travel times will exceed those by google maps by a significant factor and there can be excessive traffic entering Shoal Bay. Also during holidays and weekends parking will be difficult and you may be required to park and walk to get to our location. If you are late we will try to accomodate your full booking time however we may have back to back bookings for the equipment and you may have a shorter session. Please call us on 0428 604460 if running late.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings (including gift voucher/certificate bookings) are 100% refundable within 48 hours of departure, and 50% refundable within 24 hours of departure.

Rescheduling of a booking is permitted outside of 24 hours from departure time.
Any cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows at scheduled departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable
Shoal Bay SUP reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
It is up to Shoal Bay SUP discretion as to whether it is safe for bookings to go ahead.
Shoal Bay SUP reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule an activity if numbers do not meet the minimum requirements.
If Shoal Bay SUP must cancel an activity due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the activity will be rescheduled. If the activity cannot be rescheduled full refund will be processed.
